Jim Serrate is a Registered Mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution He holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Havana Law School.

Mr. Serrate has been practicing since 1999, and has mediated several hundred cases, He specializes in Divorce, Domestic Relations and Domestic Violence. He is bilingual English-Spanish, and he is experience in handling multi-cultural cases. Mr. Serrate's mediation style and extensive experience, allow him to provide effective assistance to the parties in helping them find a fair and equitable resolution to their dispute.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Georgia Mediators Association.
