Mr. Kenworthy is a registered mediator and arbitrator (civil,
domestic relations, and domestic violence) with the Georgia Office
of Dispute Resolution and has conducted civil and domestic relations
mediations throughout the metro Atlanta area and Georgia. He is a member
of The Association for Conflict Resolution, non-attorney member of
the Atlanta Bar Association, American College of Healthcare Executives,
Healthcare Information and Management System Society, and Technology
Association of Georgia. He has served on the board of directors and
has been a guest speaker of a number of healthcare related organizations.
Mr. Kenworthy has diverse professional experience which ranges from
hospital administration, managed care, entrepreneurial start-ups, mergers
and acquisitions, software development, and other healthcare management
and operations positions. His organizational leadership skills have
allowed him to successfully resolve thousands of workplace related
disputes. During his career, he has help resolve multifaceted issues
dealing with small closely-held businesses, business contracts, medical
payment and contracts between providers and patients as well as insurance
programs and providers, workplace discrimination, personal injury,
and workplace related injuries.
He is a graduate of Luther College with degrees in Business Administration
and Political Science and post graduate studies at Drake University
in the Master's of Public Administration program with an emphasis in
healthcare.
Mr. Kenworthy’s strengths include effective listening,
problem solving, deductive analysis, clear communications, strong interpersonal
and social skills, and team collaboration. These skills combined with
his work experiences and professional affiliations make him ideally
suited for the role of a mediator or arbitrator.
